Real Estate Agent Jeremy Foster-Fell said a tentative agreement with a credit union has unexpectedly fallen through, leaving approximately two-thirds of the first floor of the Arthur’s Main Street project in downtown Morrisville available for rent.
Foster-Fell said he expects they will find other tenants for the property, suggesting the space could still be broken up into more smaller units as well. He said with plans calling for the exterior of the buildings to start to be spruced up as soon as the weather permits, he feels there could be movement soon with that space.
The other one-third of the first floor retail space has already been leased by a pizza restaurant that is planning to open around the first of August when the rest of the building is ready.
